SBJ Benefit Consultants was formed in 1985 and through the careful employment of experienced and qualified personnel and selective acquisition, has grown steadily into a successful benefit consultancy.
Our aim is to establish close working relationships with our clients, many of whom regard us as an extension of their team. In this way, we can ensure that the needs and particular problems of our clients are always taken into account when we give advice.
Our approach is to employ first-rate people to provide a quality of service that sets us apart from our competitors. Currently, we employ more than 400 people, working from our head office in London and a network of regional locations.
We are part of the SBJ group, a major corporate insurance broker, administrator and consultant, employing more than 900 people in eleven locations across the UK.
Orbit Benefits is also an SBJ company providing integrated online employee benefits for UK companies.
